Report an Issue

Facility conditions at any district building can be reported here. Reports from teachers and school employees are fully anonymous — no names, no emails, nothing identifying is collected.

What this page is for — and what it is not for

This project documents building and facility conditions: safety, sanitation, plumbing, heat and ventilation, pests, and traffic hazards affecting students and staff.

It is not a place to raise concerns about an individual teacher, aide, administrator, or other staff member. The one exception is where a person's conduct directly creates a safety or sanitation hazard. In that case, use the person's title, not the person's name.

How anonymity is protected

No names, emails, or identifying data are stored with a report from a teacher or school employee. A one-time claim code is issued so that only its holder can mark the report resolved later.

Be specific so other parents and staff can recognise the same problem. Good: “Third-floor girls bathroom — no hot water since August.” Vague: “Bathroom issues.”

This is the date the public day-counter counts from, and it is how the record shows how long a condition has gone unaddressed. The date this report was submitted is recorded separately and automatically.

Factual, professional statements carry the most weight. Describe what was directly observed rather than general complaints — for example, instead of “rooms aren't cleaned,” describe specifics: children eating on unclean floors, no handwashing after restroom use, mud or animal waste tracked in from outside, students sitting on the floor. If there is more date detail worth recording — when the problem first appeared, who it was reported to, and when — include it here. Never name a staff member; use their title instead.

Photos, screenshots, emails, or PDF documents. Up to 5 files, 10 MB each. iPhone photos in HEIC format are converted to JPEG automatically.

Your files are protected

On upload, every photo is automatically stripped of embedded metadata — GPS location, device and camera information, and original timestamps are removed before the file leaves your device. Filenames are replaced with neutral ones. None of it is stored, published, or accessible to anyone.
